The Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE), based in Quito, Ecuador, is an intergovernmental organization dedicated to the coordination of its member countries in energy matters.

Its mission is: "To promote agreements among its Member States and take actions to meet their energy needs, through the sustainable development of different energy sources", and its Vision is to become "the political and technical support organization, through which its Member States make common efforts for the integration and development of the regional energy market ".
